OUR PROCESS

Our simple process is designed to make your build experience seamless.

Step One: Initial Consultation

In your first consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your vision and goals for the work you need completed. We’ll also consolidate this with your master plan and suggest any ways you could further optimise your space to achieve a better outcome.

Once we thoroughly understand the direction, we’ll suggest an architect to complete the design that we believe will best suit your desired outcome. You’ll also have the opportunity to have all your questions regarding construction answered.

Step Two: Onsite Meeting

We’ll meet you onsite and further assess your plans and property to provide further solutions.

By being onsite with you we’re able to dive deeper into your vision and see the property with your eyes to ensure that our recommended solutions align perfectly with your needs.

Step Three: Design and Planning

We’ll partner you with an architect that specialises in designing the particular work you need completed. You’ll meet onsite with the architect to further discuss and assess your plans.

Step Four: Scope of Work and Costing

At this stage, we’ll finalise your plans and drawings and provide you with detailed and transparent costings. We’ll also take care of all building and planning permit approvals.

Step Five: Contract

Once you're happy with the detailed scope of works and costings, we’ll meet you onsite to finalise and sign your contract. You’ll then receive a detailed, step by step construction schedule for your project.

Step Six: Construction

With regular weekly checkins and summaries, you’ll remain informed throughout the construction process as we stick to schedule and deliver the finished product on time to avoid any inconveniences.

Step Seven: Handover

It's time for handover!

We will walk you through your completed project, carry out a quality assurance check to ensure all work is finished to our high standards and make sure you are 100% satisfied before handing over the keys.
